 Return Period: Within 30 days of signing for receipt

 Opened items are also eligible for return.

 Returns will be prioritized for items with quality issues, shipping damage, or discrepancies with the order.

To ensure a smoother return process, please retain the product packaging and order information.

II. Refund Arrival Time
After receiving the returned goods and approving the return:

 Refund Processing Time: Approximately 3 days

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Arrival times may vary slightly depending on the payment platform.

III. Logistics and Shipping Instructions
All goods are shipped directly from our US warehouse:

 Shipping Location: USA

 Order Processing Time: Same day

 Shipping Time: Approximately 2 days

Due to the current clearance sale, some items have limited stock. Orders will be shipped in the order of payment.

IV. Return Policy for Opened Goods

To give customers greater peace of mind, we support returns after opening.

Even if the item has been opened, as long as there is no serious damage caused by the customer, you can still contact customer service to apply for a return. We hope every customer can have a more worry-free shopping experience.

V. The following situations may affect return processing

Full refunds may not be possible in the following situations:
